Wuh-sup? Reaches the Finals in the 2007 Navteq Global LBS Challenge

Today Wuh-sup? LLC was informed that the Wuh-sup? personalized mobile concierge service has been selected as a finalist in the 2007 Navteq Global LBS Challenge contest. The worldwide contest was open to any company developing a new application that utilizes Navteq digital map data. This year approximately 340 applications where submitted worldwide to compete in seven (7) categories (3 in Europe and 4 in North America.) The Wuh-sup? mobile concierge was submitted for the Entertainment/Liesure category in North America.
Wuh-sup? mobile concierge application was submitted on the BlackBerry® Pearl™ handset and demonstrated to the judging panel in January. Final judging for the North America competition will take place on March 26th at the CTIA conference in Orlando, Florida. Wuh-sup? will demonstrate the application to a panel that includes the following judges from the wireless industry:

Following the judging on March 26th, Wuh-sup? will demonstrate the application on Wednesday March 28th in the Navteq booth on the CTIA conference floor. The winners of each category will be announced at the Navteq booth that same evening.
